Reservations

Our library system allows you to reserve toys from the shelves, just like click and collect! Browse the website when it suits you and secure the toys you want. We'll have your items waiting behind the counter so you can get in and out as quickly as possible. Find some FAQs below about how it works. 

When can I reserve items for? 

You can reserve items for collection at our next opening. Reserved items can be collected from 9am on that day. Please note, reservations are only open for one session at a time. You cannot make reservations further into the future. 

How many items may I reserve? 

You may reserve up to 6 items in 1 basket. Only 1 basket is permitted, so be sure to add all items you want to reserve before clicking the 'reserve' button. If you make a mistake, please delete your reservation/basket and start again. 

How long can I reserve items for? 

Reservations must be made for the maximum borrowing time of 4 weeks, though you are welcome to return your items earlier and choose new items to borrow. 

When will the next reservation period open? 

On Sunday the reservations for the following weekend will open. Please note, reservations close at 8am on the day of collection. Reservations made after this time will not be seen or collected. 

Can I reserve an item that is currently out on loan?

No. The items must be on our shelves ready to be put aside for you, just like click and collect at a grocery store.
